These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the q666 platform, accessible at https://q666.cam ("Platform", "Site", "q666"). They constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the q666 operating entity ("q666", "we", "us", "our").

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. q666 accepts no liability for any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify q666 immediately at the contact address provided in Section 18 if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Subject to these Terms, q666 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. Permitted use includes:

• Accessing gaming information, platform feature descriptions and payment method guides provided on the Platform.
• Using responsible gambling tools and resources provided or linked by q666.
• Reading editorial content, FAQs and policy documents published on the Platform.
• Participating in any games, betting markets or promotions made available to registered users, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and specific game/promotion terms.

All other uses of the Platform not expressly permitted under these Terms are prohibited without the prior written consent of q666.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on or in connection with the Platform:

• Laundering funds or using the Platform for any activity connected to money laundering, terrorist financing or other financial crimes.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Transmitting any virus, malware, ransomware or other malicious code through or in connection with the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users, q666 staff or third-party service providers.
• Creating multiple accounts or otherwise circumventing account restrictions, suspension or bans.

q666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, withhold or void associated funds, and report conduct to relevant authorities where there is reasonable suspicion of any prohibited activity.

q666 supports various payment methods for PKR-denominated deposits. Availability of specific payment methods — including those commonly used in Pakistan such as bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and mobile payment services (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast) — is subject to the operator's live cashier, individual provider policies and applicable law at the time of transaction.

Payment provider references are informational context only. q666 makes no representation that any named payment provider endorses, supports or permits transactions related to gambling. Users must independently verify whether their chosen payment method is available and permitted for use.

All Promotional Offers made available on q666 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General provisions applicable to all Promotional Offers include:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer.
• Promotional Offers are available to eligible registered users only. New user welcome offers are available to first-time registrations only.

The q666 name, logo and brand identity are proprietary marks of the q666 operating entity. Nothing in these Terms confers any right to use q666's trademarks, trade names or service marks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q666, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue or profits;
• Loss of data or account access;
• Financial loss arising from participation in gambling activities;
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Service interruptions, technical failures or unauthorised account access not directly attributable to q666's gross negligence.

q666 provides information about online gaming platforms; it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of that information. Gaming outcomes are inherently uncertain and no representation is made as to expected results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

q666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to meet ongoing KYC or compliance requirements;
• At the request of law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Where continued access poses a risk to the Platform, other users or q666.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any legitimate account balance remaining at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with applicable law and q666's compliance obligations. Balances associated with fraudulent activity or Terms violations may be voided.

You may close your account at any time by contacting q666 support using the details in Section 18.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which q666 is licensed and operates. Specific governing law details are provided in the operator's licensing documentation.

Pakistani users are reminded that participation in online gambling may be subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, applicable provincial laws and any other regulations that may apply to online or remote gaming activities. q666 makes no representation as to the legality of any specific user's participation under Pakistani law, and users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local law.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms which cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals of the applicable governing law jurisdiction.

q666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any amendments. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with the procedure described in Section 15.
